Everything you need to know before reaching out
For weddings, most couples book 9 to 14 months out. If your date is within the next 6 months, reach out right away, I often have late-season availability that is not publicly listed. For bar and bat mitzvahs, 6 to 12 months is typical. For corporate events and family sessions, a few weeks to a couple of months is usually sufficient.
A signed contract and retainer secure your date. I do not hold dates informally, until those are received, the date remains available to other clients. The retainer is a percentage of your total package and is applied to the final balance.
Yes. I have photographed destination events throughout Florida and am available to travel nationally and internationally. Travel fees apply for events beyond a reasonable driving distance from Palm Beach County. Ask about your specific location and I will give you a straight answer on what travel looks like.
The retainer is non-refundable, it reserves your date and compensates me for declining other bookings. If you need to reschedule, I will work with you to find a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Full cancellation policies are detailed in the contract.
Documentary with an editorial eye. I am not there to stage your day, I am there to photograph it as it happens. I do handle formal portraits and family groupings professionally, but the images people keep are almost always the candid ones: the glance between a couple before the ceremony, the father watching from across the room, the moment the room erupts during the hora. That is what I am focused on capturing.
It depends on the size and scope of your event. For most weddings, I bring a second shooter to cover angles and moments that a single photographer physically cannot capture at the same time. Some smaller ceremonies and events are best covered solo. We can talk through what makes sense for your day.
I am a still photographer. For video, I work with trusted videography partners and am happy to make introductions if you need a recommendation. Pairing the right photographers and videographers matters, they need to be able to work together without getting in each other's way.
For a full wedding day, typically 600 to 900 edited images. Bar and bat mitzvahs usually yield 400 to 700. The number depends on the length of coverage, the size of the event, and how much is happening. I do not pad galleries with duplicates or marginally different frames, every image I deliver is one I would be proud to show.
Weddings: 4 to 6 weeks. Bar and bat mitzvahs: 3 to 4 weeks. Smaller events and family sessions: 1 to 2 weeks. I edit every image personally, so turnaround reflects real work, not a batch preset. Rush delivery is available at an additional fee if you have a genuine deadline.
Via a private online gallery. You get a link, a download of full-resolution files, and the ability to share with family and friends directly from the gallery. The gallery stays active for 12 months. If you need it extended, just ask.
Yes. I include a selection of black and white images in every gallery, typically for moments where the tones and emotion carry more weight without color. You receive both the color and B&W versions where applicable. I do not offer fully black-and-white-only galleries.
Packages vary by event type and coverage hours. Wedding packages start with ceremony-only coverage and scale to full-day packages with a second shooter. All packages include edited high-resolution images, an online gallery, and print release. Albums and prints are available as add-ons. Contact me for current pricing, I will send you a full menu and we can talk through what fits your event.
If the schedule changes and I am available to stay, yes. Additional hours are billed at the rate in your contract. I am flexible when the situation calls for it, but I appreciate a heads-up as early as possible if you think the timeline is shifting.
